I’d go more with shaman. Given how they’re a very primal, ancient weather themed Pokemon. Same goes for Kyogre and Groudon

Dialga would probably be an arcane mage since the whole time warp thing. They’re not a healer / support choice so I wouldn’t say evoker for them.
