For the last few levels now, I have been unable to level my poisons to the current max level. I am always capped 1 below the level cap max. So for example, I am level 69, the cap is 345, I cannot get that last point and I am stuck on 344.
I noticed I was always stuck one point below the max since about level 66. I cannot find the report a bug feature in TBC and I have issues two tickets now but they keep referring me to the report a bug feature that I cannot see or telling me that grays don’t give level ups.

100% guess here but see what happens when you get 70, it might be level locked for some reason.
are you playing classic? Because I can’t seem to make it Past lvl 60 in Retail. I am a little confused about your level numbers. Your character is lvl. 66?

I encountered this same exact issue on my Rogue. For context - here’s my situation.
Rogue finished Classic at level 55 with 1/300 Poisons
Didn’t start leveling Poisons until level 69 in TBC - I got stuck at 344/345 Poisons
When I hit level 70, I tried to get my last skill points but now I’m stuck at 349/350 Poisons
Maybe the order of events on how I transitioned to TBC is what caused it, but I have no clue. This character is not a boost, it is an original toon from Classic that did not hit 60 during Classic nor level Poisons during Classic.
