So and there are no other problems left in the game, that the developers are worried about why humans have round ears and not pointed ones like elves?

I’m sure that it took the artists a long time to do these and as a result will be behind schedule on designing other things and not that they thought it would be a fun little bit of customization for those that want it. This one feature is going to single handedly set back development on everything else in the game, and SoD too probably, by months because it’s incredibly difficult to implement. Slightly pointed ears on humans is the reason why everything in the game you don’t like is happening.
