Are we still able to get the Pocket Pet Portal via the achievement, and you do need to get that one before buying the Interdimensional Pet Portal ?
I hadn’t heard anything about Battle on the Broken Isles having been taken out of game. Or, of course, about it no longer being such a frustrating achievement to complete.
And yes, you do need Pocket portal before getting the Interdimensional one.
You can still get the Pocket Pet Portal via achievement. Or you can just buy it from the BFA vendor (Madeline Netley or Happy Holaua).
Regardless of how you acquired the Pocket Pet Portal, you must have it learned before being eligible to buy the Interdimensional Pet Portal.

You can also unlock the Child of Jani, one of the pet she sells, on Alliance.
Most Horde players can’t find Happy either.
