so far this has only happened while playing WoW (i don’t play anything else).
i do not get a blue screen, the computer simply freezes, and there’s nothing i can do except force a restart. what information do i need to get together for you all, so we can try to figure this out? the errors (in the windows event viewer) all read “PnP” which i think is plug n play? but i’m not sure about any of this.
i’ll just take it to geek squad, thanks anyway.
