Alliance can skip the entire battleground since paladins can just pop bubble and pull the whole room, then a tank gets drek. This simplest fix here would just be to make mobs deaggro off of bubbled paladins.
Blizz already broke #nochanges by hotfixing warlock eye pulls and making the mobs deaggro off of the eye, so I see no reason why this couldn’t be hot fixed as well.
Protip: Kill the pally before he/she get’s to Drek. 
I agree that this should not be possible. It is against the spirit of the BG.
Fix this and also horde cliff-jumping into the Alliance base.
AV is meant to be a gritty slog, hard-fought battle.
Not cheesy fast wins.
It probably is meant to be and would be far more fun. But I can assure you it will not be for Alliance. 40v40 (pre-made v pre-made or pugvpug),it will be a slow, tedious back peddle by Alliance as the Horde use their stupendously glorious choke in every game… just like retail.
I get you but it doesn’t have to be that way. It really doesn’t.
When Alliance actually listen to a leader and use strategy, we do win.
I’ve seen it enough times to know.
Hell, I’ve even been that leader a time or ten.
