It was fun, but the second time they brought it back wasn’t as interesting. I kinda think they need some pretty dramatic changes, like maybe a new map.

I neither need NOR want it. These remixes are stupid but at least give decent rewards. Blunderstorm was truly a waste of dev time in EVERY way.

i agree they need to expand on the rewards system but make it worth it. The game was to fun to let die
I believe they have recently said there are no current plans for another Plunderstorm.

Plunderstorm was the worst, I hope it never comes back.
Alternatively, it’s fine if it comes back as long as there are no new rewards. Just play it for the love of the game or not at all.

I don’t imagine we will see Plunderstorm until the next big patch lul.
Considering they plan to run Legion remix for another 3 months, it is unlikely they would run Plunderstorm concurrently with it. So we likely would not see Plunderstorm until maybe mid-late February. However, it is also fairly likely we might see a February or March release of Midnight, June at the latest. So unless they need to delay - and I very much doubt that they will delay, I would peg it as being very unlikely we will see Plunderstorm early this coming year. Maybe somewhere around Fall-Winter if there is a patch lull then.

I’d like Plunderstorm back but I hope they bring back some kind of longer-term progression. I liked having something to work towards over the course of the event.
Also not sure how the timing works with Legion Remix and the expected early 2026 release of Midnight.

I love Plunderstorm.
It’s the most Balanced thing that ever happened to WoW. Everyone has the same exact slots. And you just have to hunt/find all your abilities randomly spread from the the playing field.

It needs cooler looking pirate armor, not Fancy Pants Lawyer Pirate… All those pirate outfits look like you’re headed to quill some documentation.
Bring it back… don’t bring it back… i genuinely don’t care, but for the love of God please don’t make the stupid flashy icon be on my character loading screen again, just let me go on with my life and pretend it isn’t happening!

Gotta wait until sometime next year.
We had the second one this year already.
Forced myself to do the first one for the rewards but I’m not a pvp guy, so it was a struggle. Did a tiny bit of the second one, enough to get the mog I wanted then bailed. I thought it was a bummer it was the same exact map and theme. If they did a new one in a different location and something besides pirates, with all new cool rewards, I’d give it a go…maybe.
I really liked it and the transmog was great!

I did not i just enjoyed the game so much i wish it was permanent with cooler rewards path and leaderboards. The most balanced wow has been when it comes to pvp

I’d like it if the mode was put into the game itself instead of being a secondary thing in the character menus. I don’t think they’d keep it in the game as a regular thing though because once most people get all the available rewards, they stop playing the mode. Meaning it’s wasted time maintaining something people aren’t playing. Works better as a brawler’s guild style “come and go” event.
