Anyone actually excited for plunderstorm or do you just want the rewards? It’s sad to say but I remember last plunderstorm in the waiting lobby almost every game had people yelling “get me out of this prison” or things like 10 more renown levels then I’m free!
Idk but that doesn’t seem like anyone wants be there it’s just that everyone has FOMO on the rewards and I hope the grind is not as bad as it was the first time.
Played it for as long as I could tolerate to give it an honest try & didn’t like it. I don’t intend to subject myself to it further. Hope those who play find it as rewarding as the first endeavor. Best of luck!

I am hoping the balance is a little different, ideally we have a new map or new spells but I played enough to earn 10,000,000 plunder the first time and would like a little bit of variation. Looking forward to playing again.
I only did it for the rewards, if I’m honest. I didn’t hate it if I landed and was able to run around collecting the things and only worrying about the storm, but if I was immediately attacked as I landed and died within a minute, I hated every second of it.
I don’t hate on people who love pvp and that aspect, it’s just not my favorite part of it, so I’d avoid it at all cost. 
Mostly did it for the rewards.
I don’t think it was a terrible mode, and it could even be kind of fun sometimes, but it was definitely something that the novelty ran out after the first hour or so and I doubt I would have spent a fraction of the time in it I did if I hadn’t really wanted the plunderlord set.
The people who play this game are such drama queens.

I personally was one of the “Get my rewards and Get Out” crew.
At the beginning id run to the storm and die but as the event wore on id just sacrifice myself to whoever i ran across once i got what i wanted for the run. Iʻd try to win but experience has firmly taught me that thereʻs no way im winning any duel.

Plorm is bad gameplay with great rewards.
I will grind the rewards, I will run into the storm and die, and both sides will be mad.
Yeah, the queues were pretty short, but I’d end up getting my face stomped into the ground as soon as I landed 90% of the time. If I could just get a little bit of time before I got massacred I wouldn’t mind so much

It’s a fun mode for PVP though imo, just wish I was better at it.
I’ll be grinding for the rewards. But hopefully the grind will be quicker this time around because you’re not raising a level to get specific items but actually spending the plunder on items.
Has some nice rewards. However, I sat it out last time and will probably do so this time. Plunderstorm just isn’t my type of game.
So ready, love plorm. This time ill prolly have duos partner, and trio if that was even an option? Last time i just grinded solo.
Plorm super fun. Especially because everyone was learning at the same time and it felt like you could really get creative.
I havent checked specifics but i saw a wowhead post saying it had new spells, changed spells, and they’re changing how dropping in works.
I was there for the pets and mounts. I gave up and quit after getting the 1st parrot mount. All I was doing was running around gathering plunder and running into the storm. I am not a fan of pvp. I am not good at it at all, and I freely admit it. I was ok as long as I didn’t get attacked the minute I landed. More times than not, someone came after me and I would run into the storm.
There are some really good pvpers in the WOW Community. I spectated a few games after dying and there was a rogue who was absolutely amazing at it.
I think us non-pvpers would play more and probably enjoy it if we were given a 5-minute phase where we were unattackable just so we could get a little plunder and kind of get our bearings before being chased halfway across the map because some high lever pvper gets his kicks out of killing low level players.
I probably won’t participate this time around. The frustrations of not being able to make much headway without being constantly chased is enough for me to take a hard pass.
I missed the one in DF, so I am interested to check it out.
I enjoyed Plorm a lot. Im hoping for minor updates and not just the exact same event again. The new black recolors look nice and will mix and match well with the red stuff from OG Plorm

I only played for the rewards. If I was given enough time to get the daily quest done, I’d run around until someone showed up to kill me. Otherwise, it was the storm for me…
