I didn’t do the first PS, and won’t be doing this one. No reward is worth playing a game mode I don’t enjoy.

But… but Blizzard forces you to!!! WHAT. How can you do that?

I only need one more beach cosmetic set, I’m pretty much done after that if I want the rest I’ll leave an alt behind and get it.

I only wanted specific items not everything.

I just pretty much just play the game, probably good to find friends to help with torrential fragments farming since it’s winding down a bit since most players by now have their 7.

Welp my only gripe about it is I didn’t see the full menu of the plunderstore I had thought it was just the normal blizzard interface stuff so I ignored it until tonight and bought the two pets I didn’t have thinking that it would unlock the rest of the store, so I don’t have the black pirate gear yet, I will this week. I only played a few matches for a couple nights and I had 4k plunder it’s not anywhere near as grindy as it was last time. My goal is to complete the quests anything else is bonus. I just keep going until I get killed lol.
I don’t feel forced to, it’s completely my choice and it’s just so much easier this time.

I didn’t play the first time around because I assumed id hate it because I hate most battle royales.

I actually enjoyed it and unlocked everything I wanted on the same afternoon, I plan to have a few more days on and off dabbling in it for… Fun?

Did enough to get the pirate xmog and the tenders. Didn’t enjoy it but did it with a friend and it wasn’t bad. We sucked 100% as soon as we ran into other people. We just went out of the way to farm a bunch of PvE stuff before we got killed. 700-1k per game that way. Didn’t take long.

This only took me 2 sittings, just like during first Plunderstorm last time, to get everything done. I have all the pets, cosmetics, mounts, and toys. I basically land in Stromgarde, collect as much plunder as possible, open and loot everything, and try to stay alive as long as possible.

I know a lot of people would just do the Captain’s Orders quest then jump into the storm cloud and avoid any form of gameplay, rinse & repeat, that just seemed a ton slower.
