I am working on the Kalimdor races. Having a good time, but I’m getting stuck on a couple and I was wondering if there was a recommended plugin for me to see my dragon flying speed so I can better time when to use vigor (or not). Appreciate any suggestions!
There are a lot of different weak auras that tell you dragon speed. Like this one…

I use Dragon Rider, which you can pick up on the CurseForge. The trick is usually to go at the coasting speed just over the vigor-gaining threshold for a little while at the start to build up vigor to use consecutively one after the other to maintain a higher speed for longer.
I got this one yesterday and it’s very helpful. Ended up knocking out all of the dragon isles original races (normal, advanced, reverse) on Gold and all of the forbidden reach with this weak aura.
So much easier than when I was winging it in kalimdor last week. Very easy to tell when to surge/ascend and how to do the ascend trick without losing all your speed.
Using addons in this way is why you feel no sense of achievements and once you “beat it” its forgotten by the next day because its meaningless.
