Can we please get this removed from the world map, or at least the minimap?
The reason I ask is because it completely hijacks your quest tracking if you use the UI default. It doesn’t matter what quest you are actually on.
That thing always puts a waypoint arrow on your minimap that overrides anything else you are doing.
First, it’s invasive. I can’t decline or flat out ignore it. (Can’t do that with any quests any more once they get shoved on your screen, Ie: Zone invasion stuff)
You can’t remove it from your minimap. If you are anywhere on the continent of your faction, there it is. Trying to track a quest from nazmir or Voldun? Well… too bad, cause you know… Azerite for the hoooooooorrrrrrdddddeeeee.
If you’re in Zuldazar, just forget about tracking anything.
And in the same train of thought, Zone events…
Why can we no longer “Decline/Ignore” quests?.
Yes, I realize I can just not do the objectives and effectively “ignore” them.
But that’s not the same. I HAVE to accept it, and once I do it’s on my screen till I abandon it. Which does nothing, because as soon as I do it pops right back up.
The devs talk about what “players find fun” or “meaningful content”. But the game shoves content on you that you (in the case of a lot of people) couldn’t care less about.
You can’t dismiss it, and as soon as you abandon it, it comes right back. Do they not play the game to see how incredibly annoying that is? or does they think that shoving quests on people that they don’t want and can’t dismiss is “fun and meaningful content”?
