They could just give back some of what they took away.
Backdraft should give 2 charges per Conflag cast to reduce cast time of CB, SF or Inc.
Ritual of Ruin procs should go back to being instant cast CB instead of 50% cast time like it was in SL.
These changes certainly won’t get Destro out of the basement of the dps meters but it will go a long way towards making it fun to play again. As it is right now it feels way too slow of a spec.

These two changes would make a world of difference.
I would like destro to get Shadowflame and Shadowfury back baseline as well, with the relevant class tree talents making Shadowfury get the larger radius/shorter CD, and Shadowflame a larger cone/snare effect. Give us something CC wise Demo/Aff don’t have.
There’s a few different routes they could go:
- Give back Flashover (2 backdraft per conflag), buff RoF and cry havoc a bit, and make havoc transfer70% instead of 60%.
- Buff CDF, Cata, and Cry havoc
- 3-5% aura buff, maybe another 5% on to chaos bolt.
Bonus points for +1 second duration on Eradication or buffing the 4-pc from 208% → 210%
