Just saw the game Paladin’s art director, Thunderbrush on twitter, share a re draw of the Dracthyr with a more beefed up and more draconic look. Blizz we gotta have a option for something like this please.

I believe a Wowhead article mentioned there will be some variation available in body shapes for the dragon-side of the new race (slim, beefy, bulky, etc). Not full on body sliders, but a couple of choices.

I hope they just let players choose between the thinner models they have and hopefully a bulkier model like in the example Thunderbrush did. There would be no downside to it.

Also really don’t like the scales on the face of the visage forms especially the forehead and jaw. Hope that can be turned off for a softer Wrathion look.

The downside seems to be that they’ll only display armour for three slots.
I’d take full armour display over a couple more degrees of bulk any day, especially for a caster-only race.
This in particular surprised me, given the animation and effort put into the legs. Robes in WoW would remove all that work, which makes me suspect we’ll be seeing a lot of casters-in-pants in DF.
Not me, though. Thank goodness for transmog, nobody wants to see this toon’s bony old man knees.
They’re casters on a 100% universal basis. They’ve no use for or reason to have muscles.

Now, is the idea of an exclusively scrawny, fragile, “don’t touch me!” dragon contradictory and kinda ludicrous? Shouldn’t they have physical class options because dragons and physical presence are like bread and butter? Yeah. Of course. Obviously.
But they don’t, sadly, so… twiggy draconians it is.
They need to show them so these threads can stop.

They wouldn’t even have to have the breasts, given so many people are (understandably) critical of mammary glands on a reptile, the clearly female shape is enough for me.
At the very least, I want the tier sets that are designed specifically for this race to show up fully. I can understand if we don’t get kilts or the like. But new gear for the Evoker should show up on the only racial choice for the class.

But on a more practical/activist level, to insure everyone is aware that Blizzard’s two addition options do not actually satisfy the criticisms in any way so protests continue in hopes of getting Blizzard to add more distinctly female and male forms while there is still development time.
Plenty of time for the Soy Dragonflight to hit the gym before release.

I hope they add a draenei guy kind of buff as only other option to this an… I can’t brain the term body they have now.

Yes! That new render looks badass af! I don’t mind the skinny version, but given the option to choose between the two in character creation I would go for the more athletic looking version!
I have wanted this for all characters since Vanilla. I hope Blizzard adds this to all races some day.
