I feel phases are being released way too fast and in a knee-jerk fashion.
There was no reason I can see to rush Dire Maul out, and no reason I can see to release Phase 2 only 11 weeks after the launch of Classic.
To be fair I think early BGs was a necessary call, but because you released Dire Maul and Phase 2 so early it’s compounding this problem of hyper-fast phases.
Most wow expansions (including vanilla wow) lasted about ~2 years, give or take couple of months.
But at this rate (11 weeks per phase) we’re going to see Naxx released only one year after launch…
This experience (the first classic launch) will never exist again. Millions of people are playing again to try and enjoy it but the content is being hose-blasted out at a pace that only a tiny percentage can actually complete.
TLDR:
- 11 weeks per phase feels far too quick (Naxx released only 1 year and 3 weeks after launch at this pace)
- 16 weeks per phase minimum would at least give us the better part of 2 years to enjoy this (more would be better)

These first phases are quick content.
BWL isn’t out yet, by the time it is out it’ll be 5-6 months, this matches up quite well with EU launch, which is when most of the world started playing.
5-6 months for each major raid after that seems about right which would put the whole of classic at 20-24 months, almost too long in my book.
Well maybe if you horde retards didn’t spend all your time griefing and bragging about it on the forums this wouldn’t have happened

Grow up - all the content is still relevant and will be past naxx. If you are so desperate to be top in WoW you should spend more time in real life.

the main difference is that the content is new when those expansions come out. People know every bit of info about vanilla because its been out for 15 years, so content is cleared much quicker.
and they don’t have to design it, which is the major time sink
