I think we need a Anima stimulus package going!
The anima problem could be fixed very easy, just add a 0 at the end of all anima rewards or remove a 0 from the cost of all anima purchases.
Iâm getting 1k to 2k anima per day. What Iâm actually running out of is souls.
Check out the idiot in the comments section defending the system with the âitâs optionalâ argument, lol.
Probably a fix on the cost end is preferable to a fix on the income end. Just because adjusting the costs wonât devalue the time people have already spent (itâs a lot more fun to find out that the anima you earned can now buy more than it is to find out that the anima you earned is now, in relative terms, worth much less). Though when costs are adjusted, you do want to give a partial refund too to people who already purchased the thing being adjusted.
It seems to me like the big problem is the over-valuation of transmog in particular. (I also think a lot of people eat through their anima gains by over-using the command table and frequently sending followers out on expensive missions, and itâs kind of insidious and not something that jumps out at players how costly the command table really is through the week).
Sanctum upgrades are expensive, but they also feel like they should kind of be big deals, so Iâm not as bothered by their costs (and even people keeping up on anima are still feeling capped out on sanctum upgrades by souls). What really gets people scratching their head, like I said, is all the transmog stuff when they see the total costs for that stuff.
âNo you cant have anyâ
Kinda surprised you avoided a troll with that name kudos.
As in a troll race?
Yea you definitely would have gotten a report in game.
I realize the whole point is that weâre in an anima drought, butâŚ
Like, weâre clearly being rewarded anima from NPCs for our World Quest actions. Whereâs that coming from?
âWhy yes thank you peasant for doing these stewardâs chores, have⌠hrm, 35 anima. Donât spend it all in one place, haw haw haw haw.â
I used to as well but I burnt out badly after 3 weeksâŚI was done.
I donât run keys or PvP, so there isnât a lot for me to do between raids, so I farm anima.
The costs are just too high and we get too little anima. Itâs a really weird system.
I would trade that hideous tree mount for anima
Hmm interesting.
I get plenty of anima per week, from 5k to 10k.
My souls are maxed to 100.
Maybe people donât actively play WoW.
I gotta agree with the alts part in the article. The mere thought of grinding anima for my alts gives me a migraine
Friend of mine got it for the name basically translated to banana chucker back in wrath though he was looking for trouble lol.
It is a cookable banana
Im aware just that on a troll theres a bit of a dig to it and some people are easily triggered.
