You probably need to look at if that season is good for the other builds as well. People who don’t play BM maybe voting for the set that will work best for the build they want to play.

It’s getting better, check voting page yourself.
First of all if you don’t have a max level character of a class, you shouldn’t be allowed to vote for any spec of that class. Second of all everyone should only be allowed to vote once.

That’s quite silly design. If something is popular, it might be because it’s good and enjoyable. Maybe they should look at the unpopular specs and find out why they’re unpopular instead.
