I do not really think it will be that bad. We are not buffing healers and tanks with Ebon Might in raids anyway, so it is a moot point there, and the return of Close as Clutchmates should hopefully balance the amount we got from the tank and healer in dungeons.
I also main Aug, and so far I am willing to wait and see.

The classes at the bottom will still not be picked after this change to Aug. So this +1 slot just goes to the next meta spec.

it’s a great change that should’ve happened in DF season 3.

It should drastically reduce the power of Aug in keys, give them more room for tank and healer balance for keys, and not really effect raid.

They are getting a slight buff in dungeons with the return of Close as Clutchmates, so their power might not be as drastically reduced as you would think.
That said it will very much depend on the quality of the other two DPS.
Revert it back to when they weren’t a thing.
