Please return the original cheetah form. This new default cheetah has jewelry and feathers with a weird coat of hair. It looks more like a lynx than a cheetah.
Soooo you want super low poly cheetahs that look like absolute trash back over the really nice looking high res, gorgeous forms we have now? Whatever you’re smoking my guy, share. Cause apparently it’s some good stuff.
While I don’t think OP knows what a lynx looks like, I do think there should be a glyph for the old cheetah travel form for the people that like that rubbish. I have some dear friends who prefer it over the superior new cheetah model. But honestly, HMT moose form is tops kablooey.
I agree, the old version was better.
Far lower quality of course, but still looked better.
Both options should be available to choose from.
I didn’t say it had to be like the old low rez form. I said the original form should be returned. It looked more like a cheetah than whatever is in the game now.
Tell me you’ve never really seen a cheetah, without telling me you’ve never seen a cheetah.
I always thought the old form looked thicc like a jaguar, personally.
I will say this: It did appear to move faster than the new form, even though it didn’t.

I think they should have made it look and run like a real cheetah. Nobody would have complained about this:
They should make cheetah into a chicken, as all I seen in PvP was druids running away in cheetah.
If I was trying to be original, I would have posted a side by side of the new form with an actual cheetah and showed you just how much closer to a cheetah they really are than the sabertooth cheeto they used to be, save for the DRUIDIC ADDITIONS to a DRUIDIC FORM. You want the old trash look back, go play classic. It’s not coming back to retail, it’s never coming back to retail. Move on.
We all have our preferences. I like the old cheetah form better, because it’s what I’m used to and what I “grew up with” in WoW. No, I don’t want to play Classic. I just would like an option.
And I loved my derpy run.
Maybe you should move on since your emotions are driving words which indicate narcissism. Take a break from WoW. Smell some flowers. You’ll feel better.
There is nothing emotional about it. Old cheetah was absolutely terrible. Go ahead. Go look up a pic of it. Then come back and tell me just how ‘good’ it looks. The legs had weird bends, the run was unabashedly derpy, cheetahs don’t have sabertooth features, etc. I can go on and on about how terrible it was. I would post a pic here for you, but I don’t have the trust level to do so.

They weren’t asking for optional. They were just asking for it back completely. Also thank you for the picture posting. I got a while before I can post them, I think lol.
I don’t know why people get so riled up over someone asking for cosmetic options.
At the end of the day, it’s a travel form option. Who really cares if it looks like a real cheetah when we have so many fictional creatures anyways.
They could absolutely update it, maybe tweak the running, and add it back as a returning feature for those that like it. Just as any other cosmetic option - if you don’t want it, don’t use it.
If they weren’t asking for it to be forced on everyone, I wouldn’t be riled about it. They didn’t ask for a glyph, they didn’t ask for a barber shop option. They just asked for it back. So yeah. I’ll fight that particular ask tooth and claw. Had they of asked for it to be optional, I wouldn’t have even bothered posting at all.
I mean, perhaps they weren’t super clear about how they want it to return but instead of fighting it so hard, we can just agree to add it as an option as compromise.
