Please rethink about giving Holy Priest Mind Sear back

Dear Blizzard,

It’s silly that the squishiest range healer only has a melee range AoE spell. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

One of the worst perceptions of the Holy Priest in M+ is their low damage output and this because they don’t have a safe AoE spell. Giving Mind Sear back to Holy will provide them a range AoE spell that can help their numbers out so the Meta players can have a little more respect for the class.

Holy is not Discipline who rely on their damage to heal. Mind Spear will be use to help with damage in situations when they are not healing. If not Mind Sear, please add/redesign a spell that does the equivalent. It would be nice to have the choice to use both Holy or Disc for the right situations rather than just playing Discipline because its the safe/META option.

It’s mind *sear.

As for the suggesting… eh, unless something’s changed, mind sear is kind of awful, like it was worse than Holy Nova which is no hard-hitter.

We’re already hugely bloated with spells I can’t say we need this particular one. Something like Pain Suppression, however…

Holy Nova is actually pretty good for Holy. It pulls off decent damage and healing. On regular trash packs its like 1.5k hps and 2k dps.
