Legal immigrants are really being dissed by allowing others to come in without having to do the work.
My grandparents immigrated here from Italy and they did it the RIGHT way.
Guess thats no longer a thing under one of the two major parties.

I cant imagine how insulting it must feel to be doing things by the letter, only to see others just running roughshod over the rules someone else obeyed to the letter.

My city here has a HUGE south american and middle eastern community. One of the most diverse cities in this country, Id be willing to bet.
Ive seen this myselfā¦one of my old property owners was literally doing it himself.
LEGAL immigrant workers here pay taxesā¦and expect a fair wage.
So these guys will allow illegals to live in their rentals nearly free of charge, but put three or more families to a unit, then give them jobs doing grounds management, maintenance and even construction at dimes on the dollar. less than half what they should be making.
The one guy used to pull up and a gang of men would pile into the bed of his pickup to go work for the day. Heād work them half to death from their storiesā¦of the ones who spoke English that is.
The guy always carried a sawed off 12 gauge between his front seats ājust in caseā, if you get my drift.
he was really mean to those men and their families because he knew they couldnt fight against him without being deported.
And the jobs he gave them should have been paying more, a lot moreā¦and should have been given to legal immigrants first.
This city is ripe with that sort because they know they can abuse illegals and theres pretty much nothing they can do about it.
