Many people hate this bg and defense always wins. I queue into to this dumb bg many times in a row. It’s a really lame bg.

I like WG personally but it needs some adjustments.
Defense is too easy. Maybe moving the offense starting zone up a bit so they can get to SR a little before defense would help.

remove wintergrasp. at least ashran is PVP. wintergrasp is garbage vehicle vs tower, vehicle vs player, turret vs player, etc
also it’s horribly imbalanced

in point of fact, many people love this bg, and defense wins when attack just throws their hands up in the air and says it can’t be done.
that said, attack feels abit more difficult that usual, however its hard to pin down exactly why, it could be a bit of vehicle vs wall damage balancing, but more often than not def seems to win because pug atk teams just give up, after that its almost impossible for a few pvpers on atk to turn the game around.

this is my favourite bg now, love using the siege to take down other team
I must admit I hate WG, if it were shorter maybe, I just think it should be replaced with Strand of the Ancients.
Why would they get rid of either of those bgs when they’re so popular?
Trust me, the VAST majority of players hate this BG. Dont just see it here, in game, watch how many people quit as soon as they see its WG.
It’s because ranged attacks don’t work on the inner walls (last time I checked).
Outer walls work just fine, but to take down the inner walls and final gate, your demo or siege needs to be physically on the wall spamming the Ram attack.
The ranged attack doesn’t do any siege damage to those walls. I’ve had to modify many of my strats for that reason.
I’m not going to say defenders always win but they win the vast majority of games
IMHO you will get more honor /afk’ing WG, especially if you are attacking. Wait the 15min and requeue

all they need to do is buff offensive siege or nerf the defensive siege, but nope, Blizz wont put 2 cents and 10 minutes into fixing pvp issues.

I love wg. I think taking 25% hp off walls and towers would do the trick.

Ashran is literally the only Epic BG with PvP in it. WG and Isle is a Siege fight that is grossly overtuned removing all the PvP since they melt players. AV is a NPC zerg. At least in Ashran I can PvP over objectives and there is a giant battle where you push each other back and forth.
Just want to bring this to a more relevant time frame. Please remove this awful BG
Reduce wall health by 50% and make it so all towers reduce timer by 15 mins. That way neither side has to sit around for 20 mins when towers fall and defense clear won the game; and offense has a shot at winning by maybe splitting up attack as opposed to being forced to funnel everything into a single wall.

at least ashran is over in s reasonable time lol , 30 minutes of getting ur butt kicked isnt fun
