It’s unnecesary hard to do and the looting animation makes it almost imposible, either take it out of the meta achieve, give you more time to do it or less torches on the same timeframe

Do it in the dalaran sewers. It is dead easy.
Easy my butt!!! I have been getting arthritis doing this! I have looked up guides, have made macros, and have even tried partying with other people. Same results, you spam your macros, throw torches, get to about 10 to 15 up in the air, and then are prevented in throwing anymore, by the time your torches come back, your time is up and you only get up to 30 to 38 torches in 15 sec. Either this is a server problem, its glitched, or Blizzard is straight up trolling. I am so frustrated, this is the last achievement I need for this event and I cannot for the life of me do it. I have watched other struggle on this as well, so I know I am not the only one.
UPDATE
I got the achievement! You need a Macro to cancel the juggling macro.

It is not easy. The issue is that characters get stuck in a looting animation, dalaran sewers or elsewhere.
I had trouble with others doing it at the same time. My Sister brought her hunter over to give me run speed it realllly helped.
