Please remove the event from the weekly

In case anyone hasn’t noticed, for those 5 tasks, each use of “yes chef!” now counts towards that quest (on top of completing the actual task)

Returning meat from defeated elites also counts now, but that’s less useful if there’s overcrowding.

I play at 3 in the morning - sorry my server isn’t like your dead oceanic servers - I never see only 3 people.

Plus do you really think it is acceptable to force people to play at 3 am in order to actually ‘play’ content?

My server looks like yours.

I logs in 3 characters at the event. The first one looks like yours, actually worse.

The other two when logged in get an empty shard, it’s how the game works.

last time they had this part of the weekly I did it throughout the week - I have about 10 characters I do that weekly on and every time there was a lot of people. I figured if I waited until the end of the week to do it would improve - it didn’t.

They keep making changes to this event but the last set of changes just broke things so it is often hard to get legendary soup anymore. The best change would have been to restrict the number in that area to max 25 or so.

However, if they can’t fix this - they really should remove it from the weekly. I realize some servers aren’t going to have this kind of population but no one should hate doing the weekly because of the frustration associated with these events.

I’m not entirely sure what the problem is? I did one of the first ones after reset on my lock and i had finished my tasks within 2 mins of starting the event. A few hours later i caught the tail end of one on my warrior and because he was one of 2 people there he got tasks. only reason i didn’t get all 5 there was due to me coming in a minute before it was over.

I did the first cooking event of the day on my server. I was 100% AFK the whole time in a meeting with the senior dev of my scrum team. I still got 5/5 for the weekly and credit for Aiding the Accord.

All for having WoW running while I’m doing work.

Do it later in the week and you’ll comfortably be in a small enough group that you guys won’t even finish and summon the dude at the end.

I’d prefer to lag a bit and get the guy at the end to show up.

I have marla on ignore 'cause they can’t discuss logically without attacking when professions come up but I do agree with the title. The event is not necessary if only to keep those events busy. I literally just bought a whole bunch of cheap fish, quickquest addon, did the event and started turning in the fish at the iskaar place for rep. Past the weekly rep gains you get for turn ins.

It’s not fun. Plain and simple. Yes… for me…

I forgot to leave this here. I made a chart of the Feast and Dragonsbane Keep events for planning purposes. Mine is in Eastern Standard Time. So adjust to your time zone.

It grants rep that’s about it and maybe a gear peice.

I assume it will calm down soon once the game gets further in.

It’s fun, but I only do it for rep.
