With the requirements of Arms war to utilize every GCD to get the most out of the class I don’t see why Sweeping Strikes is still on the GCD. It is a forgotten blind spot from when Blizzard made the awful decision in Legion to make everything on the GCD. It didn’t work then, it doesn’t work now. Re-look over your abilities Blizzard and remove Sweeping strikes from the GCD like it orginally was.
Also allow Havok to be off the GCD for our destro warlock friends
