Currently Icecrown Citadel done on normal or Heroic locks you out of the other. I ran it on normal then when trying to go into it on Heroic it says I can only enter one instance of it. I haven’t tried other older raids but I know Legion allows all three instances to be entered. Please remove that restriction to allow ICC to be entered as Normal and as Heroic in the same week.

Just to provide more info on how lockouts are currently working, should you wish to run more raids.
Thank you for this information. Then my request is to change all the older legacy raids into a loot based lockout system then.
