Please remove Grimrail Depot from the m+ rotation

Blizzard, its clear this dungeon was not designed around the idea of m+. There is a difference with dungeons like Sanguine depths or Tol’ Dagor, where it’s designed to be a tighter area, but playable This place has so many camera issues and we are going to see multiply affixes that literally give you no counter play. You allowed people who don’t even do the content to make things worse for those of that do. Please seriously consider pulling this from the dungeon pool.

I’d be in favor of replacing it with Auchindoun. That seems like a fair trade off.

I actually really enjoyed doing this in m+. Yes, the camera angles when you get to the bomb boss was pretty…interesting, but there’s not much going on on that phase of the fight anyway. Those tight corridors have been pretty rough with quaking, and I imagine it being even worse on sanguine, but outside of those weeks I’d imagine this key being fairly free on fortified weeks and outside of the last boss it hasn’t been too bad on tyrannical either.

I love the dungeon honestly, even though the affixes are very painful for it this week, but I will certainly agree that the camera can be a major issue. I have to adjust it constantly after the first boss. lol And even then there are times when there is just no good angle while you are having to maneuver around.

Everyday i do this dungeon i find new issues lmao. The first day it was the last boss’s thunder. 2nd day it was more quaking and the lightning dude after the fire pouring on the floor. Today i realized literally every mob aoe takes up the whole hallway. That coupled with the nathrezim sleep swirls makes it a clown fest every run. Too easy for something to go wrong. Now im waiting for sanguine week. Or maybe storming to see how many people glitch off the train.

Ya this dungeon is actually unplayable, probably just gonna do a 20 on fort and tyran and never do it again.

It isn’t bad, just poorly balanced we did 22 and last boss is just too overturned. I had to solo the last 30% on my bdk. Other groups have done it to.

i wish they did a dungeon from each expansion lol

Hey, Blizz let the players choose. Now everyone has to deal with it.

remove the best m+ dungeon from the rotation? I dunnnnnnno…

Timed a 16 for this tyranical week, gonna time 15+ for next week’s fortified and then i’m gonna dumpster any grimrail key i get for the rest of the season.

I hated this dungeon back in WoD, even more so now with affixes. Can’t wait for the season to be over so this :poop: dungeon can go back into the grave where it belongs.

Your +5 is basically a zero. So this wont bother you at all.

Grimrail’s just one of those dungeons where if you’re with friends and everyone’s doing everything right, it’s an absolute breeze, and you can blast through it extremely quickly.

Quaking is just the worst for it though, and it’s kinda funny cause Blizzard has shot themselves in the foot season after season by releasing some of the more horrific combinations in the first weeks of a season.

Yeah remove this piece of siht dungeon completely please. How it made it to live m+ is beyond me. Clearly you ignored all the raging and warning from community in PTR as usual.

I suppose I’ll have a more refined opinion on this next week, but so far it feels like Grimrail is just fine? Yea you’re going to need to need to deal with the affixes, but that’s nothing new. There’s been M+ dungeons in the past where you dealt with mobs in tight spaces.

Eh, even with previous dungeons, nothing like Waycrest, Tol Dagor, etc., has been nearly as tightly packed as Grimrail lol. At least the pulls leading up to and including the start of Nitrogg (2nd boss), which is where people are complaining the most for about Quaking.

This is 100% true, but there have always been nearby open areas. Tol’dagor had sizable rooms on the corners. Waycrest could be pulled into the courtyard/foyer. Sanguine depths had plenty of space with the corridors being nearly twice the width of Tol’dagor.

The issues that people will find in more challenging tank weeks is a lack of straight areas for running and absolutely no open spots to drag stuff to as you progress.

I pug’d and timed Grimrail +15 twice today. Quaking in the train cars is rough, but it’s doable. I don’t know why people expect to just steamroll the new dungeons in the first week with last season’s gear.

I don’t but I do expect dungeons that actually work for the content. It’s clear this was never designed for m+.
