Please remember that neltharaku and his dragons exist!

please developers remember that neltharaku is also the leader of a Dragonflight from descendants of black dragons! he himself has a name in honor of his father neltharion! I love to see that they remembered Sabellian and that he has his own group of dragons, please, Neltharaku also has to meet with his brothers!

Doesn’t seem like he’s worth remembering if the dude is only able to lead one insect.

A case of “damn you, autocorrect”? :joy:

The Nethers haven’t quite made a home on our planet yet. They’re still native to Outland.

We actually have no information on why he has that name.

I reaaaaally hope to see the Nether Dragonflight in DF.

Tbh, Sintharia stole a lot of Nether dragon eggs. And if we go by how fast Wrathion matured, any survivors of her abduction might be a ‘mature’ dragon at this point :eyes:

There is a story to venture through

If any of them survived. Dunno.

If I remember the lore correctly, none of the Outland dragons can go to Azeroth without becoming corrupted. But maybe thats changed.

Ebonhorn was instantly corrupted the moment he left the protection of Highmountain during BFA’s tauren heritage questline, so that probably still is canon.

All I can find it that in the comics, they were mana addicts and it lowers the chance of them going insane?

They also apparently love the goblin and elf forms

Man they really didn’t do anything with this dragonflight since TBC lmao

Man, with Netherwings being descendants of the Black Dragonflight it really would be cool for them to interact with the Wrathion stories.

Yeah but now that the last Old God is dead, it wouldn’t be too unreasonable to think that black dragons would now be safe. If so I’d hope Blizzard would address it as part of a bigger narrative.

“Maybe Wrathion could even find a Mate, if they bring back the Black Dragon Flight.”

We’ll see. They’ve been exceptionally cagey about how “dead” the Old Gods really are. And then there’s the matter of… whatever the heck Xal’atath really is. She’s out there too.

I’d wager Neltharaku isn’t exactly a fan of the Black Dragonflight from Azeroth – since a large sum of them (The naughties) kidnapped their kind, and used them in experiments to create the Twilight Dragonflight. :grimacing:

Lady Sinestra actually created the twilight dragons using these eggs.

Corrupted by what?

Previous N’Zoth existed corrupting the Black Dragons, but all the Old Gods are dead as far as we know.

There’s so many lore threads that are loose with dragons I wonder if Blizzard will be able to sufficiently address them all.

Fairly sure netherdrakes are just perma in outland

Be kinda weird for them to travel to Azeroth just because we’re at dragon isles now, which is something they’d have 0 connection to or any idea what it is

there are a couple of dragons that came to azeroth! one in karazhan and one as a prisoner of lady sinestra

The last time the Netherwing ended up on Azeroth they went mad with power and tried to take over the world because people kept trying to use them before they were consumed by Malygos.

Considering it was other dragons that hurt them the most (the blue and black flights specifically) they’d most likely end up as enemies instead of allies and I’d rather Blizzard forgot they existed instead.

Void corruption is void corruption. Alleria says that after N’zoth’s defeat she hears even more voices than before.

Ooooh right

Forgot about the kara boss, but I think that counts as something special cuz well karazhan is a weird place

Plus well a prisoner
