By giving a month of Hyjal before BT, you would give guilds a month to get raid + bench BT attuned and to stock up on Mark of the Illidari for flasks and Hearts of Darkness for Shadow Resist gear. Also, most importantly, my guild won’t do Rage then immediately jump over to BT and ignore Hyjal for a month.
a week is pretty reasonable. A month is not because of how blizz would implement it.
I probably agree with this, no reason why we can’t give people time to focus on it.
It’s not like we’re following the original retail release schedule, having them come out at the same time is a strange choice.

Why would they ignore Hyjal when you need gems and bis gear from there?
the RWF focuses on Illidan since he’s on the cover.

Everyone will be in a rush to Illidan, it isn’t like P2 where the 2 finals are equitable. Illidan is the goal.

It was out, just a matter of needing to down 2 very glitchy bosses (vashj and KT) that people were struggling with on top of Hyjal being glitchy and buggy itself. Also, I think KT didn’t go down until 2.1 but I could be mistaken

Then it should have been in phase 2.
It was effectively locked behind attunements in original TBC until Kael was killed, which was after the BT patch.
For all intents and purposes, Hyjal and BT were progressed at the same time. There’s no good reason to do Hyjal early.
I agree there should be a brief distance between the two, maybe hyjal for 2 weeks should suffice
There are 4 more bosses in T6 than T5, and T6 has a lot more trash and bosses that are not initially easy farms (Like Mother Sharaz requiring Shadow Resist). Heck, lets not forget that a wipe in Hyjal means doing all of the trash again.
Honestly this sounds like a very logical suggestion.

It was “techninically” out from launch, but could not be accessed until BT was dropped. Which at that point people said idgaf about Archimonde I want legendaries.
Anyways Hyjal should be released perhaps a week or two before BT. The raid is quite trivial and won’t pose much challenge for anyone that can clear the trash - which is effectively the hardest part of the raid. Archimonde is the only real execution fight and the other 4 are hilariously easy.
This definitely sounds like a “you” problem.
sounds like a guild management issue. People “need” their tier gloves, theres a heap of weapons people are missing off the first 4 bosses + trash + theres a fair few other drops along the way that people will be hunting.
I completely disagree. Keepign raiders logging in for longer is betetr for guild longevity,
Means you get your upgraded ring faster and more trash loot, not seeing the issue here!!!
