The difficulty and reward is all around ok atm. (still learning while learning a new class and all). Having a lot of fun this expac so far.
Only problem Im having is there’s not enough time in the week to fill vault rows now with delvs and its really tiring. (Was able to fill everything m0 week because I took a day off work just to play 
)
Now after this week between raid and delvs and IRL things I really only had enough time for around 5 m+ runs on one character.
This really really feels bad and is not Alt friendly at the end of the week. I know its ok not to complete the vault because sometimes selections turn into coins. But completing the vault is still a huge dopamine hit.
Not having time to complete all 8 rows for vault is just a kick of closeted OCD. It feels like burnout early.
Please blizz change vault row requirements from 8 to 5.

Delves take 15ish minutes. Dungeons take roughly twice that. Raids take even longer.
I’d suggest prioritizing the ilevels and filling the row with the highest ilevel you’re after.

Is this a common thing? I’ve never felt the need to fill it.

The entire idea of an alt is that you put less time into them than your main and they are less powerful as a result. You want multiple mains you’re gonna have to put in a lot of work.

you can only pick one piece of gear why sweat about have another choice? I hope blizzard is not silly enough to do this though because a lot of people would rather have the 4 choices than three if they only do one type of content.

because more options is better? what if you don’t need tier gloves but the one slot you filled out drops them… wasted loot at that point.
If they are filling every slot or most of them they should have all the gear they need already
But if I’ve already got a couple of 600+ options in the Delve row, I’m really not going to care about the LFR row.
most people right now are trying to replace champ gear with hero gear and you want to fill out your vault to maximize potential for the piece you need whether that is straight up tier or something to throw in the catalyst. I’m sorry but your ill informed and just flat out wrong.

i wouldnt either thats why my raid vault row has 2 heroics and a normal filling it out…
I mean, I’d like that. It’s hard to say no to less grind. But if I had to say whether this is enough of a problem that I’ve ever had the same thought, I’d have to say no.

The point is that not everyone cares about filling those rows if one has higher ilevels than another.
Are you going to obsessively run Timewalking now to fill that row? No, probably not.

I’m one dungeon run away from all nine slots giving me a Hero track item.
no i would run m+ because it gives better loot out of the vault…
What would be the problem if it required less m+ and delves? I mean it is not a huge deal, for delves I can get it done in 20ish minutes on my main since i just beat the slots out of zekvir first difficulty. M+ might be nice since the progression path is limited to vault slots and 10s will be nontrivial for a while. Raid slots have always been the fastest unless prog is happening.
Personally, though I’d just rather have the vault be more deterministic than have more slots.
