Relentless Pursuit, since beta has been a bad option no one ever picks in any situation pve or pvp, not sure how it was thought that it will be a good idea.
For people who don’t know the talent it is : The cooldown of The Hunt is reduced by 12 sec whenever an enemy is killed while afflicted by its damage over time effect.
This talent need to be redesigned to something more appealing since Unnatural Malice is always the best option regardless if your tank or DPS.
A suggestion would be when you hunt you gain immolation aura.

The talent definitely needs to change!
The only thing I could imagine coming close to being a competitive option stacked up against unnatrual malice is the Torghast power that reset the cooldown when it resulted in a Killing blow…or something similar, where landing a killing blow with the hunt results in x% stat boost for x seconds.
I would say having it reduce the hunts damage by 40% but also reduce the cool down by 1 minute or give it two charges like the warrior ravager.
But from the patch notes the devs refuse to do anything but nerf DH

I think that would be still a lot better than what we currently have, unnatural malice is so bland and boring.
is blizz giving you the ilussion of choise!
you have talents they say, one ok, another very very crappy that doesnt make any sense why to even put it out there, but they dont have brain, so "hey we give you? options!, you can choose crapy? or crapier…
Easy solution could be to reduce the cd by x seconds for each enemy hit up to a max of x seconds.
They could also change it so it resets based on the healing debuff instead of the dot.
Idk if these would make it competitive but it sure as hell would be better than what we currently have.
anything is better than one we have currently… that’s the point its poor designed no effort was made into it.
