I recently learned that the Classic Team has considered not implementing the Raid Finder in Cataclysm. I’ve enjoyed the Classic journey, experiencing the dungeons and raids I never did originally, and getting to know a fantastic group of people. But as the game has progressed so have my interests in it.
Now I have less interest in pushing heroic content and prefer to maintain schedule flexibility without being committed to a raid schedule. I had hopes for Raid Finder to help me quickly find a group when is convenient for me and accept that there are trade offs when compared to running with a consistent group. And for that reason I ask that the Classic Team reconsider implementing it as some point in the future.
