You changed the boxes to no longer give cloaks, so you clearly know it was wrong. You need to also make it right for the people that have ALREADY been screwed. This is an important piece for early progression and missing out on it feels terrible.

the belt we have currently is going to be replaced this season, so it’s conceivable you could get a belt that’s an upgrade. that’s not the case with the cloak.

Blizzard claimed new stuff wouldn’t drop capes, it’s not unreasonable for people to expect the stuff dropping current season gear wouldn’t drop capes
