Title says it all. ICC buff isn’t needed, especially with all the characters getting 4 pc tier in the coming weeks.
Anything before 3 months doesn’t let the community work through true progression.
Anyone crying for ICC buff now wants free 277 loot.

ICC 25m heroic was cleared with no buff and in ToGC 25m heroic gear.
The buff isnt needed at this point, but it does make it more fun.
its not bout free loot it is more about the guild’s that want to be able to clear it, there are ppl that play this game as a casual or coming in brand new to the game. so yes the damage buff would be nice to have, maybe let it be a month or 2 out where by then a lot of the high “sweat” guild’s will be done with all of the content.

They confirmed it’s coming at the latest, 8 weeks. Earlier depending on what they see with guild progression.
- They feel they nerfed SSC and TK too fast.
- They feel this situation is a little different, because you can turn off the buff.
- They plan to start the 5% buff around 8 weeks, then every few weeks increase another 5%.

I think you could put the buff in at 2 Months and it wouldn’t Fine And again you can always turn it off Maybe just putting an achievement for saying you defeated icc h Without it Because let’s be real most players.
Probably wouldn’t care If the top 10% Wants to do that that’s completely fien me I just want to do a relaxed raid with my Bro and broets And do icc.

Yes, add the buff and an achievement for killing all the bosses with it turned off. Problem solved.

Exactly Because i’m willing to bet the top 10-20% Would care a lot more about an achievement than the loot Because they are going to get the gear anyway.
More the casual players care more about the gear And they can get it easier now everybody wins And if they really want to do it harder they can always turn it off.
It’s very different, because it’s only 5% per increment, and because Blizzard randomly, the day before, decided to implement ALL the nerfs on T5 instead of the partial list they had planned. So it went from quite challenging to an absolute joke overnight.

Who the hell cares what other groups do? It’s a completely optional buff that can be turned off. Stop trying to dictate how others play the game

The buff helps the spam bad gdkps kill bosses and mindless players that swipe away in the store to buy coins. No way in hell they don’t put this buff in.

I’m down for some free heroic loot? Why not? We all ready got free XP, Free PvP gear and Free gold coins? Well… who are we kidding the gold isn’t free Lolol
All the best guilds are full anyways and they don’t want to work with new players trying to progress.

8 weeks seems reasonable. Stretch it out to 3 months (13-14 weeks) and you’ve likely already started losing people by that point, whether because they’re in a guild frustrated by lack of progression, or just the usual phase malaise setting in.

Because LK H kills should be something not everyone can obtain.
ICC raid gear is sufficient enough. No need for 30% DMG on top of it.
