Not to mention, he’s claiming you have to be a serious progression raider to raid Normal. LOL.
I stay for up to 10 stacks of determination usually, because if you can’t clear something at 10 stacks of determination, you’re not going to clear it. Those fights are designed for people to come in with the absolute bear minimum ilvl (which in my opinion should be higher) to be ONE SHOT with no stacks of determination. The fact you, and frankly a lot of people here, seem to think it is REASONABLE that I should wipe for 2+ hours at 10 stacks, racking up thousands of gold in repairs to kill ONE boss is frankly absurd.
That’s such a tough spot to be in, too elite for LFR but got walled off by Elitist in Normal.
Blizzard should add LFSBN (Looking for Slightly Below Normal) to bridge the gap.

I never made that argument. I argued you have to have the TIME and the SCHEDULE to do it. What part of “I work 4pm to 12am and I only have one weekend off a month” do you not comprehend? Do you have any idea what LFR at that hour is like? If you do LFR on ANY day other than a Tuesday, you’re going to suffer, because that is when all the well geared, intelligent people do it to get things like encrypted text fragments and maybe some transmog. The further in the week you do it, the worse it gets. You get on after midnight you are dealing with people who basically have brain cancer.
Or they could just tune LFR to not be impossible for idiots to do it. I am super used to carrying people in LFR. The fact this fight is impossible to carry people on is what’s frustrating because you get between 3-5 people who are specifically looking to be carried. And you know what happens when they realize they won’t be carried? They quit the raid and go do something mindless like pvp.
I must of missed out what was the first nerf to this boss?
Why should they? This is the only raid for atleast 8 months. Progress it

See, that’s the problem with your toxic mentality. You can’t even tell when people AGREE with you. Yes, if you don’t have a stable schedule you would be in disadvantage to raid in a scheduled team. THAT’S WHY I STATED A QUALIFIER. Please, for the love of God, go study English and understand what that is.
For the record, I AGREE with you that N’Zoth in LFR is overtuned, and should be fixed. But none of that matters when you behave like a complete maniac and doesn’t even understand the context of posts you are replying to.
They were allowing people who doesn’t have the legendary cloak equipped to queue into LFR, making the last two encounter near impossible. (due to the sanity mechanic)
They hotfixed to require the cloak to even queue up now.
They reduced the spread speed and radius of the pool psychus drops, which tends to destroy melee who aren’t paying attention (the snare is brutal). They just need to nerf the hp of things by a small % to make things die just a little faster when the raid is split and you’d be able to afford people dying and not following instructions. People wouldn’t go insane either from being in the madness realm too long. It’s a really easy fix.
LFR. Is. Not. Progress. There is literally no reason to do it. You can’t reliably get gear out of it and by the time you were to amass a full set of gear you would have a full set of 445 and higher from emissaries and weekly events and the heroic darkshore event. Unless people just aren’t doing those things. I mean, these are the same people who refuse to do dailies after all.
The only reasons to do it are to farm transmog and to get the achievement/see the story conclude.
Well we found common ground at least. 
I cant think of a spec that doesnt get some kind of speed boost. they should try using it for this mechanic.
You have 8 months of corruption to get to increase your damage.
Get better as a group. its a really really easy fix

Many of them lack experience and skill. You’re saying ish like this on a public forum they read. One of you IS garbage, and it’s not them.
The snare is so severe that it cripples most speed buffs. My feathers are barely effective. If I was shadow my dispersion talent would make me immune to snare - but when the tanks drop two pools across from each other and everyone has to run through even a small part it can be brutal - people can die or they can go insane. 
So, the problem with corruption, and why I hope they take corruption/warforging/titanforging out of the game entirely (and bring back sockets as a default on gear -_-) is that, while yes, with the changes to horrific visions rewards you’ll really be able to get a lot of corruption, the problem is how significantly crippling high amounts of corruption are. Like, if you have a LOT of corruption your character can become practically unplayable what with the highest level of corruption and the snare etc.
And, again, this is why I am so “toxic”. I am literally unable to comprehend how people can’t do a fight with either complete explanation, or a video or doing it a couple times. Literally the hardest part of that entire fight is phase 2 psychus w/ deathwing because you have to spend all that time dodging fire. That’s it. And yet people consistently fail - primarily because the people assigned to go fight psychus refuse to do it.
There is no “getting better as a group in LFR”. LFR is the pug from hell. No one is invested, no one is accountable. You can’t even instant kick bad people. You have to call them out, which pisses people off and demoralizes the group which provokes others to leave. And then a TANK leaves and you’re stuck waiting like 10 mins for a new one. LFR is about a fight either being so easy it’s mindless OR it being able to be carried by about 10 geared, skill people.
I’m number one on the meters and I know the fights by heart before going into them. Unless you measure being good and having fun in wiping… you are delusional. Also forums are cancer. I only made this post in the vain hope a blue sees it and passes along that LFR N’Zoth is still out of reach for the vast majority of people because of the skill gap.
Determination doesn’t teach people basic mechanics, and if they can’t get through them, they absolutely shouldn’t get the kill. I’m sorry you’re having bad luck with groups, but this boss is incredibly doable, and has been done. It’s only been out a little over a week, casual people like yourself are still learning it and absolutely don’t have to mold to your desires. You’ll be able to solo it next year. 10 wipes in a raid is nothing, this obviously isn’t the type of content for you if you think it is.

I. am. not. casual. I am the very definition of try hard. If I had the time I would be raiding Mythic and doing Mythic+ dungeons but I can only play on off hours outside of the prime hours. And frankly my class with either of my specs isn’t particularly beloved in Mythic+ which is depressing. I have this expectation that if you are playing this game, which you pay money for (which, for the record, is the ONLY mmo that charges a subscription) you will be a) good at your class/spec and b) interested in getting the best gear possible, as fast as possible, to the best of your ability. The fact that people are running around with rank 1 cloaks when the current cap is FOURTEEN blows my mind.
And inb4 “but they’re probably alts” argument - Blizz openly admitted at Blizzcon that this expansion is even WORSE than Legion for alts. People should not be leveling alts with any real expectation at playing them seriously. If you don’t commit to one toon you will get absolutely no where. And I don’t even understand alts. Starting at the bottom and doing the same content all over again just sounds unpleasant. : /

I disagree. In 6 months time it will be smoother than it is today. Still a total cluster but better than atm.
Well maybe if bosses stop falling over for you people will actually try.
Or just go do normal. You could have killed it in the time you have been talking to just me nvm everyone else too.
