What? In the first part of your sentence you say it breaks up the RP aspects, then go on to tell us how dual spec allows players to fully play their class, thus adding to the RP aspects of your class.
If anything, dual spec allows for more RP for each class, not less. A warrior should be able to go into battle as a savage barbarian, swinging weapons bigger than he is, or put on a shield and defend his allies. A druid is a force of nature, bending it to their will to heal allies or destroy enemies. They can change into different animalistic forms for each situation. Thatâs real class RP and dual spec enables that, not hinders it.
Why should I believe you? People lie all the time on the internet. And no oneâs personal experience on one server is enough data to be dispositive.

Itâs a viewpoint, and what Iâm getting at is the aspects of Rp lore in the game that are based off of Dragonlance D&D did not play into a multi-spec mechanic. I think what most on these forums are mistaking RP for is actually immersion.
Itâs a figure of speech, and as you stated, itâs a personal experience, but as far as lies go, what would be the point of it. If I claim dozens out of over 200 active members of my guild never played in wow before or retail, it is my proclaimed experience. So what? believe whatever you like. I only offered a counterpoint, blunt not bragging nor badgering.

Why is it that people think they can insult others and still get a civil response in return. Hereâs what I think of people who do that.

For one thing I never expect a civil response from you. If your insulted by me telling you to socialize and be open minded rather than your usual smug and degrading attempts to prove others wrong than maybe the shoe fits. To be honest I have no qualms about calling you out with an insult, but then I would have to listen to your hypocritical and pompous qq blog of being victimized by a play on words.

Lots of people get civil responses from me. I think thatâs what they expect. But like you never do. You donât know me at all yet you decided to tell me to socialize more and called me ignorant. Iâve been in a lot of guilds since vanilla and been well liked in all of them. Itâs stupid of you to spout off when youâre clueless and ignorant to think youâd get a civil response when you not capable of having a civil dialog.

Youâve started a topic for almost every day youâve been here. More topics than most people have started in a year or more. Once when your topics werenât getting enough attention you got on an alt and bumped 20 of your topics to get them all on the front page making a front page that was almost nothing but a list of lemonfont topics. Do what you like but donât think people donât notice.

It isnât just the fact that the op starts a topic very often, but the topics are usually something that will easily rile people up. It reminds me of what I see in GD. You carefully word your OP so the mods are happy and you still cause people to come in and fight.
The only thing that I find that comes out of threads like this are punishments after quite a bit into the thread once people get going.

Youâve made countless threads with varying degrees of hatred and vitriol directed at you. Given your track record and peopleâs responses i would think my comments have been very mild at the worst. Toughen up, lemon.
Controversial is one thing and trolling another. Someone making a thread about a controversial idea and presenting it with their opinion is one thingâŠ. However what you do consistently is troll. You make controversial threads and pose them as though you speak for the entire playerbase (assuming your opinion is fact) with statements that consist of âWE want thisâ âWE think thisâ. Youâre so far disconnected from reality that you shouldnât be speaking for anyone.
Itâs the single most requested QOL change that has been asked for since Classic BETA. GFY

If you feel that DS should not be on RP servers, fine. But, to the rest of us, RP/immersion considerations arenât nearly as important, if even significant at all.
