Why are priest allowed to use Dispersion on mount or while carrying flag??? its the only spell immune in the game with that… Its really nice to see a priest just disperse while FC and you cant do anything about it… Please make them dismount and drop the flag Ty!

If i cant bubble on a horse, they shouldn’t be able to disperse on theirs.

you can dispel all priest dots with 1 gcd, what’s the issue?

immune to roots and slows and a damage reduction
You don’t need to, they can’t deal any damage to you while they are dispersed.
I think carrying the flag was the big gripe there but maybe I’m wrong

allowing it while mounted has got to be an oversight 
fix that and increase cooldown
Remove the usable while mounted part. That’s it. If you think it makes you immune to everything you are just bad at the game and don’t know how to read spells lol.
