Can’t expect everyone to be as level headed as you.
Come on, now you are reaching just like with the economic argument.
Leveling is so fast i can level through an entire bracket in an afternoon. No one is saying it is your fault that others don’t want to stop (and by the way spend ALOT more time than an hour to run a dungeon and gear up as you try to imply) and gear. Just a very tiny portion want to stop and do nothing but gear and stop leveling, and that is why you have no one to form games and play with.
No one stops leveling to gear in PvE as they level, they either wear Heirlooms or go with the gear they have or buy it off the AH. That is not a thing until you hit endgame.
And they worry about twinks BECAUSE THEY RUIN THE GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE for those levelers.
There is a much MUCH larger portion of the playerbase that are altaholics or just want a few alts than are twinks so they will see them multiple times and THAT is what you are mostly running up against. Doesn’t matter how friendly they are or if you know them, if they are playing the opposite faction they are going to gank you, NOT with PvP but just run through you.
How do you know they are not casual. The objective is to get gear, yes. But some people have faster methods of achieving gear than the new people being leveraged for in the anti-twink campaign.
Watch WTBGold and Bregvids on Youtube to start, i am not here to give away the keys to the kingdom, there are tons and tons of gold making guides out there and LOTS of ways to make it. If you don’t believe me i am sitting on 2.3 million gold on just one toon on Emerald Dream feel free to come visit me in SW and i will open trade chat for you so i can prove it too you, shoot me a wisp when i am on.
Come on Juga, you can do better than that, i have been here since WoW went live in Vanilla and just because someone agree’s with you doesn’t mean they are level headed it just means you were able to influence them agree with you.
Even a low ilvl 120 can be useful. And you’re given almost free higher ilvl gear each content patch for 120.
Has nothing to do with just agreeing.
I didn’t have reflex, nor did I go to max, but I also compiled my BGs up until winning an argument stopped being worth the stress of near every game being twink-dominated. I believe I stopped somewhere around the mid-30’s.

You might say, like Juga does, that 29/39 are the problem brackets, and that it’s better the higher you go. I don’t buy that. If anything once Gems become available, the disparity gets wildly worse.
I have only two SS of the dozens higher games I’ve done, one of which I’ve posted before but can’t find at the moment, so I have only one of the 70’s to show currently.

Whether or not you want to admit it, twinks were a problem.
I honestly think you’re blinded to that because of what you’ve said previously. Twinking gave you a new thing to do, you made friends around it, and found a real community which is what WoW has been lacking for quite some time, it’s no surprise that you flipped and began defending them. Most people would do the same. There’s probably some term for that, but I don’t know it.
Then why care about about the twinks in that bracket if you are just going to run past them in a few hours?
If they do not want to experience being outgeared there is other outlets to gain levels right? Questing, dungeon spamming, even pet battles give xp now.
I believe the term justified fits quite well. How else would you describe the separation of brackets when many people (myself included) do not like BFA endgame content so decided to pursue a new activity = twinking.
First off this is false, there is NO ROGUE in existence who can ambush and kill with one shot even a fresh 120 (not even one in quest greens which if you want to PvP at max level you probably aren’t in and have at least AH gear to start), can’t happen and yet it happened all the time in 10-19. So this is wrong, the disparity is much greater and that would depend on the bracket and the gear of the twink vs. the leveler.
Sure, say CAN if you want, but at 120 if people don’t want to PvP they don’t PvP as that is the POINT of PvPing at 120.
I have no expectation of anything, like i said if the community is so small, then it isn’t that big of a deal to affect the couple of dozen twinks over the larger playerbase.
Twinks have been removed. That was something they needed to have a more fair gameplay experience, that doesn’t mean they will always have a fair experience but it helps the probability of it.
I have ss’s just like that even after twinks were removed.
Well to be honest, i have leveled 45 toons and i know how to work against twinks so for me it was an issue 45 times and at the start of the game and all along the way it wasn’t like it is now and you couldn’t always do that. And to be perfectly honest i am very efficient at leveling and most people are not so my comment applies to me but most people aren’t going to do that. That is not the point, the point is that PvE levelers don’t stop to gear and people that want to PvP while leveling or just have some fun, they don’t stop to gear either as you were trying to imply they should so they could “compete”
Yet you would imply that because they agree with you that they are level headed.
Removing twinks doesn’t mean the teams are equal, never did mean that. It just removed auto raid boss kills from the game that made it more of a who has more twinks wins game.
No twinks doesn’t remove premades that farm for fun, it doesn’t remove people that will outgear brackets by buying gear off the AH that is available at wierd levels so they are uber compared to most. Twinking isn’t the ONLY thing that hurts low level gameplay it was just the most influential and dramatic.
I was more referring to being against something until it benefits you, and then defending it fervently. I’m fairly certain there’s a term for it, but I can’t recall it or don’t know it.
I don’t think the non-extreme reactions are unjustified, though. It’s completely understandable for people like you to be upset, since you’re effectively being punished for the negative actions of others in your community.
They were once in your spot arguing with me. Then started to really see who was dominating Bgs. Wasn’t always twinks and it still happens.
You are basing this supposed “oneshot” on the 19 bracket which is the worst one. Also a rogue which are overpowered in that bracket. Outside of the 10-29s damage is way less spiky so oneshots do not exist.
How is it you can support the devs crippling a bracket instead of properly balancing it to the benefit of all?
I disagree. Class balance is the most influential.
100% this. For the first time in 10 years, WoW actually felt like an MMO and not a single player game.
I made friends, had a community, had a reason to log in besides logging in to farm mounts and pets and level toon number 47 to 120.
The misconception about all twinks being elitist gear snobs who just wanted to smash levelers was so untrue.
99% of the twinks I know, twink because they hate BFA, are tired of gear chasing, burned out raiders, sick of pet battles, or just plain love to PvP.
Well he did have the most dramatic part right thats for sure.
Hey me too!
Blow out games, one or two people dominating the Bg, Gy camping, the whole 9 yards.
Saw a MM hunter this morning rack up 40+ kills in a Bg in the 10+ bracket.
He was wearing just heirlooms.
