They would have to change a lot of dynamics on it. Honestly wish they would bring it back. It was fun doing it once a week for heroic loot.

? once you are inside you can totally solo it since it doesn’t scale up, you grossly outlevel/out gear it once you are inside.
You are just hampered by needing to queue as a group for heroic you can have everyone who queued with you leave after you get inside and solo it yourself or wait for other people to queue up for normal who can also just leave after you get in and you can solo it.
