As someone who went through and got 36/36 MT completed back in Legion: let people earn these skins. I enjoyed completing all the different challenges and having these skins/transmog for the last 4 expansions or so, and really it’s not that big of a deal for others to have them. I have the memories of my experience collecting these skins/transmog and those mean a lot more than the exclusivity of the rewards themselves honestly.
