With the Warlock changes to customization, it would be nice for those of us who unlocked Codex of Xerrath to be able to have a toggle option like with the new demon customizations to have the effects go in without having to repeat the questline.
I know u can buy it off of AH, but u still end up having to do the whole instance run on old content where ur just one shotting mobs but still have some things in it that are timegated.

And sometimes that old instance bugs out too.
Like… if I didn’t have to run through that first field where it’s just a long stealth mission and then the instance where ur just looting old gray items for like 10 minutes, I wouldn’t have as much of an issue.
But it just takes up time that doesn’t need to be done or just needs to be done once.

IMHO questline should still be playable for the Black Harvest title
as one of the Black Harvest title havers, I really don’t mind/care that other people could get it nowadays, even if it’s not a challenge anymore

And that’s completely fine with me since titles are even less cosmetic than shooting green fire.
It could potentially even open up the possibility for like having ur spells be randomized in terms of coloring, too.
Like equal chance ur next fire visual spell will either be green or red.

Or other follow up questlines for other colors
Purple (shadow), blue (death), another shade of green (necromantic)

Don’t tease me lol. Blue fire would be awesome

Hard disagree on that, for the simple fact that there’s a lot of other things which, narratively, should be still able to be accomplished yet are locked for people who weren’t playing at the time, including the rewards.
Trivializing an accomplishment that most people of a class didn’t do because of its difficulty (or simply not knowing about it/not caring about it) serves no purpose. The title is a sign of distinction for factors that are no longer at play. If you could guarantee those factors, then I’d be amenable, but if you can trivialize content that was specifically designed to be difficult even at the time, the specific reward provided should be trivialized as well.
For example, I think Death’s Demise and The Immortal/The Undying are two of the coolest titles in the game, and even though I played OG Wrath, I didn’t get them. It sucks, but I just couldn’t accomplish what needed to be accomplished at the time. It happens. But if I wanted to do those things, I had WoW Classic available. I just don’t/didn’t care enough to go back even when given the opportunity to do so.
So, unless they can stringently timewalk the questline (which they aren’t going to do), or we make it to Classic Mists, don’t bring back the title unless they do it for all of the other rewards that are no longer available. Sometimes current content should remain current content.

I do not give a single flying fortified flip lmao
That mentality is stupid
One day WoW will die and all your pretentious posturing will be worthless, like sand in water and ash to the wind

NO, don’t touch it, cause knowing blizz they will remove it from those who already have it and force them to get it again.
Again with your irrational conspiracy theories
Proven theories, or how quickly you forget what productive locks have gone through this patch already?
There is a difference between “making something trivial” and letting people use a cosmetic feature that has been unique to those who unlocked for ~15 years.
Not looking forward to doing the whole instance thing on my new warlock, but eh, might be kinda fun.
At least she still gets the Black Harvest title, regardless.
Yeah, that infernal customization looks pretty sweet. I’m still mad they took permanent infernals from us after Legion.
