ITS A HORRIBLE RUNE, DONT NEED TNT BASELINE OR ANYTHING ELSE, JUST MAKE CARVE BASELINE AND MAKE IT SHARE CD WITH MULTI-SHOT PLEASE BLIZZARD IM BEGGING YOU 
give it a target cap too or something if it being baseline sounds too broken. right now melee hunters ‘competitive’ aoe is built into a bwl trinket (arcane infused gem) and a zg trinket (renatakis) every 2 minutes. you cant swap to carve rune without giving up cobra slayer which makes flanking strike even remotely worth pressing / it doesnt really proc w.o this rune. ty. 
also can we have a kick of some sort for pve, pls.
