I have been keeping track for science to help try to find a pattern. I have identified 179 of the high level scrolls as a mage and gotten 2 scrolls of Arcane Recovery. This is the only scroll that is pretty much required for Mages to raid. Please let us pick the scrolls we want or increase the chance to get a reasonable amount of these. Wanding isnt that much fun.
I think rather than deciphering them, they should allow us to trade in x3 for x1 of a specific type at a vendor. Would make them much better to collect and acquire useful scrolls.

Its like a toxic loot box system. I should be able to work towards the item I need and have a chance to accomplish that goal. Out of frustration I spent all my gold buying out the AH on these and still didn’t get what I needed.
