Idk if they will drag it out. People are already raid logging. It’s crazy how fast the content got devoured.
Much of the achievement list is fluff. That’s fine for people that like fluff. But many people don’t. And for those people, raid logging was a big thing in original Wrath because outside of raiding, there wasn’t much to do that was interesting for them, and I expect that it will be a big thing again.
This is one of the reasons why Mythic Plus was the single most important addition that the retail team ever created. It created reusable content for both the higher-skill and casual players, on levels that were appropriate for both types of players.
Wrath doesn’t have anything like that.

i never played past wod because of the ridiculous decisions the dev team made. starting with cata wow began a downward slide that pushed me away from retail to private options.
100% agree with this. please listen blizz. let us enjoy this xpac. there is nothing worse than grinding like crazy and finally feeling geared and then the next day you release next phase and we have to start all over again. hardly being able to enjoy our efforts.

Wrong. This game is meant to be a continual grind. The heirloom gear just makes it easier for players to justify the grind, giving Blizzard their money.
I’m enjoying the little things in the game, between steamrolling the raids. Yes, Naxx is not hard, heroics are not a challenge, but we are better players than 15 years ago. I’m working on rep for the Oracles to get the green proto drake, doing some achievements, running with friends.
I understand people wanting more, but raiding is not all there is.

So? Are you are saying we need to streamroll out expansions and phases for the 1%?
So those that like the fluff can fluff off eh? And just deal with what the hardcore raiders want? The same people that legit sub for a month or two to eat the content and leave? As oppsed to you know those that will play for the entire phase?
There are those of us that wanna play(for as long as we can) in wrath, sorry if I am sick of seeing the go go go, entitled crowd cry about MOAR CONTENT, all the damn time no matter the expansion.
Give it 2-3 months and retail will be the same. Clearly some folks think, me me me me me.
I will say…. It took me a good bit to get 70-80, but once I did geared fairly; little bit of prebis then jumped into naxx. Wasn’t hard content, wasn’t sweating. I raid once a week with my guild 25m, not optimal but we clear quick enough and don’t care about speed runs… setups are whatever people want to play most of the time. The 10m versions I just either don’t do or pug for fun.
Its not about sweating it out to get geared quickly. All p1 raids are incredibly easy and take very little time to do so you hear faster. I haven’t seen any GDKPs either. I don’t want them to rush content either, and I know we’ll get back a lot of players in p2. P1 was always meant to be a leveling and preparing phase imo; leveling and gearing your main and professions, leveling your secondary class and alt to support your main. Currently I’m near bis on my shaman so I just quest for fun, or level my alts, or play something else in the meantime.
People raid logging is fine. We don’t need people on 24/7 anyways. There are other games to play while we wait and it doesn’t spell “dead game” because of it.
Can we get a source so I can repost it whenever people ask Blizz to rush the content out faster
A source won’t come because Blizzard hasn’t announced anything.
To be honest they probably have fully decided.

I’m loving having leveled on one of the fresh servers. The entire game is available to play.
This, rush rush rush stuff is toxic and not what Wrath was designed for.
I swear, if you made a raiding simulator the sweatys would jump on it and never leave.
I always wonder if the people that consume all of the content super fast then want the next phase for instant gratification have ever tried playing other PC games?
There are so many good games out there. If you’re bored with phase 1 already, give those a try. I’ll suggest a few:
Doom Eternal
Heroes of Might and Magic III (complete edition)
Kingdom Rush and Kingdom Rush Frontiers
Borderlands 2 and TPS

As a 45 yo dad of 12 children and only 30 minutes to play every week, i request blizz to slow down the release schedule as im still level 10 and about to hit westfall
most of us raid log after we finish the content and do other things, so yeah. wow is boring when ur at raid logging point. im sure a ton of ppl play other games and not just wow classic lol especially when there’s not much to do after gearing / reps
Obviously. My point is I see people griping about phase release schedule already. There are other games to play, and other hobbies to pursue besides WoW. I’m of the opinion way too many people want/need WoW to be their only source of entertainment.
