I want to go super nerd, have 2 windowed screens with both games going, one farming boars and the other doing my dailies.
Why isn’t this allowed? I’m still technically paying for both games, I don’t remember signing or agreeing to anything claiming I couldn’t play both games at the same time.
I don’t think you’ll ever see them allowing one account to play both simultaneously, but perhaps all the queues will motivate Blizz to look into what it would take to let people play one of them while sitting in a queue for the other. And then when the queue pops, you have like 1 minutes to close the other one and accept the freed up slot you’ve been waiting for.
This would’t just help with Classic now, but later during subsequent Retail expansion launches, too.
Well said my friend, Queues have dropped since the server cap increase in vanilla (2-3 days ago?) before I was waiting 3-4 hours in queue, now it’s about 1-2 hours… but if I could do my dailies during that it would be awesome.
Honestly, the only thing I can think of is to prevent account sharing. I have been wondering this for a few days as well, and it is all I have come up with.
No you are paying for Retail. Classic is a perk of having a retail sub.
Then its not allowed. Not like how you could have played the Classic beta and retail at the same time (which I did). Or have PTR and the current client up.
Because you pay to have one charactor going at a time. I can’t play with 3 windows open and multibox my charactors on the same amount. If I wanted to do that I would need multiple accounts which could all be connected to my btag. Same goes for your situation in classic.
I agree being able to play bfa hile I . Que would alleviate some of the frustrations of the queues
