allow a new leader to come forth with fresh ideas and energy? Why should only the horde lose their strong leaders? Time to kill off some alliance leadership, make room for promotions.
Maybe Malfurion should die so she gets development instead.

She’s not going to die but she will be powered down, as she is forced to share her power before it consumes her.
