when people complained about being forced to use PI on another ally rather then giving us the druid innervate treatment( caster gets half the effect when cast on ally) baseline you decide to take one of our legendary slots to give us what you gave to another class baseline.
we’re constantly on the bottom of the totem and all our changes are afterthoughts. Til this day DP on Alpha doesn’t have its self-heal factor in.
