My theory is that they’ll both be on the Trading Post. But it’ll only be for Warriors and Hunters respectively.

shoulders & arms look very much like pre existing orc heritage armor. I dunno releasing it to all races kind of takes the uniqueness away from those armors in my opinion
now just need the Lich King armor set

The lack of cape tells me it’s another hunter exclusive back piece. Which would be a real shame because my nelf priest would love just one.
