There’s nothing like sitting in queue for 4.5 hours waiting for a Warfront to pop because you want a specific transmog to highlight there may be something wrong and room for improvement.
Please stop designing systems that drop gear and convert to more currency oriented systems. The Warfront issue could be resolved by simply having BFA quests, dungeons, mobs, etc drop a currency that can be used to purchase specific items as opposed to relying on RNG.
Legacy loot rules could be changed to remove jewelry from loot rolls as no one is going to use any of them and would allow for more wearable items to drop.
You could introduce a new crafting/trading skill like Relic Hunting which would allow players to enter dungeons/raids/etc that have legacy loot rules in place and dig up various mogs and items.
There are dozens of ways they could make gathering transmogs more user friendly and some may even make players explore places they haven’t seen in years.
