I am having troubles starting this quest line. From what I have researched it is started by the quest " Formal Invitation" that is initiated from a letter that can be found. The problem is that I have found both reported letter locations (one in southwind station and Hatherford) but in both locations the letter doesn’t have the exclamation point above it but the letter is there. I am wondering if there are any prerequisites that I need to complete before this quest become active?
There are a few pre quests to do, I can’t remember in what order.
What I did was run the Proudmoore storyline to the end, then picked up the Roughnecks content. I think, and this is just a guess, that you need to do the Roughnecks first to get the invitation.
