EDIT, I FIGURED IT OUT, TY ALL
im a pvper, ive leveled many toons to 80, today i ding my hunter 80 and go to dornogal and there are zero npcs anywhere, and i have a debuff that says EVACUATED “dornogal has been evacuated due to nerubian attack, start the breaking points storyline to restore order”
ive researched online for a hour and nowhere can you find out what this is or where to start it.
why do i have to do this on my hunter and not my seven other level 80s?
please save me.
Sounds like the start of the War Within story when the city is attacked. Might of missed starting the campaign and using the skip intro questline function
Breaking Point is the storyline where you first arrive on the Isle of Dorn, Dalaran crashes, and Dornagal is being invaded.
The reason only your hunter has to finish that quest chain is because only your hunter has started that quest chain.
If they hadn’t started the quest chain they wouldn’t be in the middle of it right now and Dornagal wouldn’t be evacuated.
IIRC its on the coast to south/sw of Dornogal, but I could be remembering wrong. Open your map and zoom out from dornogal to the full isle, you should see the quests on the map, campaign quests are marked.
You started the quests which took you to the coast on isle of dorn, and then you flew straight to dornogal without doing or skipping the quests. The skip comes earlier than that, so you didn’t choose the skip.

Geezus, dude… this thread is 9 months old and the OP hasn’t been back since. Did you even bother to read the rest of the comments? Because it’s the Breaking Point storyline.
Try finishing the freakin’ intro you started instead of getting bent out of shape at a player who hasn’t been here in 9 months.

I literally just completed these, after doing the recap. I then went to another character and did the level skip, then upon returning I have no npcs and nothing to interact with except for delves

You gave zero details of your problem, “genius.” All you did was insult the OP and now me, because you failed to actually say what your problem was— which is NOT the same as the OP’s. So good job there.
